PAYMENT: I currently only accept PayPal.
SHIPPING: I ship USPS for USA order. Orders to Canada ship First Class. I am not responsible for any taxes or customs charges once the item is shipped. All orders ship within 5-7 business days of ordering.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES: I thoroughly check each card to assure quality, but since I am not without flaws myself (don't tell my husband) it is possible something will slip by. If you receive a card that you feel is flawed in some way, please contact me. I stand by my product and will be happy to offer a replacement for a defective card.
I do not offer refunds on custom orders. To ensure the highest quality for custom cards, all digital photos should be submitted in the highest resolution possible.
